Delivery：

Is delivery to a Packstation possible?
We are happy to deliver your package to one of the many nationwide packing stations. UPS drop off point

Where can I track the status of my delivery?
You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your delivery from UPS delivery status tracking .

How long does shipping usually take?
Product shipment times usually takes 5 to 30 working days after receiving shipping notification. Products availability and shipping method may differ depending on the product group, and whether the product is in or out of stock.
Notice: All specified delivery times for orders and pre-orders are estimated delivery times and may be subject to further updates.

Shipping:

Will the shipping costs be shown before I place the order?
The shipping costs are always displayed in detail during the payment process, allowing you to review the applicable shipping costs before placing your order.
