How do I find my desired product in the MSI e-Shop?
You can search using the search bar at the top of the page. Click on "Search" or on the recommended product to be redirected to the market search.
How does the ordering process work?
If you have selected products and want to order them, click on "Add to shopping cart". If you click on the shopping cart symbol, your shopping cart will open and the products you have selected will be displayed. You can now complete your order in just a few steps. First you can register or log in; However, you also have the option of ordering something without registering. You will then be guided through the ordering process, where you will provide your personal information and your preferred payment method. We recommend that you sign in to your MSI Membership account when making purchases to take advantage of the many member perks.
How can I sign up?
You can create an account under " Login > Create Account". To do this, enter your e-mail address and a password in the corresponding text fields. Confirm your entry with the "Register" button.
Is it possible to place an order by phone?

How does payment by credit card work?
Pay conveniently and risk-free with your credit card. To do this, enter your credit card number on the payment page when prompted. This payment method is completely risk-free.

We are happy to deliver your package to one of the many nationwide packing stations. UPS drop off point
Where can I track the status of my delivery?
You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your delivery from UPS delivery status tracking or by RED HELP ICON which bottom right of the page.
How long does shipping usually take?
Depending on the product group, availability and shipping method, the shipping of a product usually takes 5 to 10 working days from receipt of the shipping notification.

Is delivery possible throughout Germany?
Of course, you can have every item in your order delivered to any address in Germany. Please note that the exclusive delivery to German addresses means that purchases in our online shop are always taxable. A subsequent refund of the tax amount is not possible.
