RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Obvious damage to the packaging or the contents or obvious incorrect deliveries must be reported by the customer to the forwarding agent/freight service immediately, without prejudice to his warranty rights. If possible, the acceptance is to be refused. The customer must also inform MSI via e-mail or online chat so that the MSI e-shop can assert its rights against the carrier/freight service or sub-supplier. The same applies to hidden defects, also without prejudice to warranty claims, which only become apparent after opening the packaging.
If you do not file a complaint or do not contact us, there will be no consequences for you . However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract here:

You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. You can also use the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website complete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We pick up the goods. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or the return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you also have a right of revocation.
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTS:
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Contracts for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Are you not satisfied with a product you bought from the MSI e-Shop? You can submit a return request using the following.
Please note that while the products remain in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.
Please disassemble the product and pack it in the original packaging with which you received the goods.
If the goods are not returned in the original packaging, with no accessories or only partial accessories, then MSI reserves the right to reduce the refund amount by the missing parts. This also applies to shipments that are damaged during transport due to the packaging used that is not suitable for shipment or the original packaging.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
- Go to Support / Return / Repair Service
- Select the order and the item you want to return.
- Tell us the reason why you are not satisfied with the product.
- Select the method you would like to use to return the products to us. Currently we only offer UPS.
- Please wait for our approval. We will review your application within 5 business days.
- After receiving the return confirmation from MSI, you can follow the steps below:
- Please pack all components of the original delivery in the original outer packaging. All accessories and the corresponding peripherals supplied must also be returned.
- Print out the return label and stick it on the shipping carton. Please write the RMA number clearly on the package.
- To arrange a pick-up appointment, please contact the UPS hotline : Germany: 01806 - 88 2 66 3 (14 cents from a German landline, mobile phone prices may vary) / schedule a pick-up
- Be sure to keep the postage receipt to enable tracking in case of loss.

Please return the product to us within fourteen days of submitting the application. We will process your refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned item. Your refund will not be processed until we receive the returned item.
