Q1How do I find my desired product in the MSI e-Shop?

A1You can search using the search bar at the top of the page. Click on "Search" or on the recommended product to be redirected to the market search.

 

Q2How does the ordering process work?

A2If you have selected products and want to order them, click on "Add to shopping cart". If you click on the shopping cart symbol, your shopping cart will open and the products you have selected will be displayed. You can now complete your order in just a few steps. First you can register or log in; However, you also have the option of ordering something without registering. You will then be guided through the ordering process, where you will provide your personal information and your preferred payment method. We recommend that you sign in to your MSI Membership account when making purchases to take advantage of the many member perks.

 

Q3How can I sign up?

A3:You can create an account under " Login > Create Account". To do this, enter your e-mail address and a password in the corresponding text fields. Confirm your entry with the "Register" button.

 

Q4Is it possible to place an order by phone?

A4If you have any needs about it, please contact (mail) us by the Red Help Icon which bottom right of the page.

 

Q5How does payment by credit card work?

A5:Pay conveniently and risk-free with your credit card. To do this, enter your credit card number on the payment page when prompted. This payment method is completely risk-free.

 

Delivery

Q1Is delivery to a Packstation possible?

A1We are happy to deliver your package to one of the many nationwide packing stations. UPS drop off point

 

Q2Where can I track the status of my delivery?

A2:You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your delivery from UPS delivery status tracking or by RED HELP ICON which bottom right of the page.

 

Q3How long does shipping usually take?

A3:Depending on the product group, availability and shipping method, the shipping of a product usually takes 5 to 10 working days from receipt of the shipping notification.

Q4Is delivery possible throughout Germany?

A4:Of course, you can have every item in your order delivered to any address in Germany. Please note that the exclusive delivery to German addresses means that purchases in our online shop are always taxable. A subsequent refund of the tax amount is not possible.

 

Shipping:

Q1Will the shipping costs be shown before I place the order?

A1:The shipping costs are always shown in detail during the payment process. So you still know before you place the order what shipping costs will apply.

 

Invoice:

Q1When can I receive the invoice?

A1:The electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order upon shipment. If you do not see it in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.

 

Q2Can I issue B2B invoices?

A2:Yes, you can. You just need to provide a valid EU VAT number and company name at checkout. The system will automatically calculate and charge the amount excluding VAT (for countries outside of Poland) and issue a B2B invoice. Please note that if you do not provide the necessary information for a B2B invoice at checkout and the invoice is issued as a B2C invoice, it will not be possible to request a change to a B2B invoice afterwards.

 

Q3:Can I change a B2C invoice to a B2B invoice?

A3:As stated in the system reminder at checkout, if a valid EU VAT number is not provided at checkout, invoices will be uniformly issued in B2C format, and changes to B2B invoices will not be permitted.
