Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you don't need to create an account. You can make purchases on our online store without signing up for a membership.

How can I sign up?

You can go to the homepage and click on the account icon (a person symbol) located to the left of the shopping cart at the top right corner.

Is delivery to a Packstation possible?

We are happy to deliver your package to one of the UPS stations.Please make sure to enter the correct UPS Collection and Drop-Off address during checkout.

Can I earn MSI reward points or use an MSI promo code when purchasing spare parts on the online store?

The Spare Parts online store does not offer the option to earn reward points or apply promo codes.

How can I become a B2B member?

Please click on “Contact Us” at the top right corner of the website and submit your request.

What should I do if I can’t find the product I’m looking for on the website?

Please click on “Contact Us” at the top right corner of the website and submit a new ticket with your inquiry.

How can I know if the product is compatible with my notebook?

Each product page includes a section called "Excerpt of suitable series" where you can check compatibility.
If your notebook's exact model name is listed there, the product is compatible. Please make sure the model name matches exactly.

How can I find out the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated after you enter your address at checkout. You can see the exact shipping fee before making the payment.

Will I receive an invoice?

When we ship the order, the system will automatically send out the electronic invoice to the email address you provided when placing the order.

Can I get a business invoice for my purchase?

Yes, it is possible to get a business invoice. A valid VAT number and company name must be provided at checkout. The system automatically calculates the grand total excluding VAT, and issues a business-to-business invoice. Please note, if required information is not provided at checkout, a business-to-customer invoice is issued. It is not possible to change it to business-to-business format afterwards.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via credit card, Przelewy24, SEPA Bank Transfer and Pay with Klarna.

What should I do if my package arrives with visible damage to the outer box?

Please refuse the package and inform the delivery personnel of the reason for refusal. Then, email the details to spare-parts@msi.com.tw so that our support team can assist you with the next steps.

What does it mean when a product and the order button are marked as “Pre-Order”?

For products marked as "Pre-Order," the inventory is currently stored in Asia. If you place an order, we will first transfer the item to our EU warehouse before shipping it to you.
Therefore, the delivery time will be longer — approximately 15 to 30 business days from the date your order is confirmed (Different products have different transfer times).
If you wish to order both in-stock and pre-order items, and need the in-stock items urgently, please place separate orders to avoid unnecessary delays.

Order / Invoice / Package Questions

I just placed an order. Can I cancel it?

Yes, you can only cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it by applying directly through the online store.

I have received your shipping notification, but I haven't received the package yet. Can I still cancel the order?

No, once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You will need to request a return online after receiving the package. (To do so, please click the "Return" button at the bottom left of the website.)

How long will it take to receive my package after placing an order?

Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is completed. Actual delivery time depends on your location and UPS’s schedule.

How can I obtain an invoice?

Normally, the electronic invoice will be automatically sent by the system to the email address you provided when placing the order after the shipment.
If you cannot find it in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us at spare-parts@msi.com.tw to request a copy.

Can I change a standard invoice to a business invoice?

If a valid VAT number is not provided at the checkout, invoice is issued in a business-to-customer format.
Changing it to a business-to-business invoice will not be possible at this stage.

How can I know if my order has shipped? Where can I find the tracking number?

After your order ships, we will send a shipping notification along with the tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout.

I have a pending refund from MSI. Can I use this refund as a credit toward my new order?

Unfortunately, no. Our payment system processes transactions on a per-order basis, so pending refunds cannot be applied as credits toward new orders.

Return & Refund Questions

How do I request a return?

Please click the "Return" button at the bottom left of the website.

Why am I unable to submit a return request online?

If you try to submit a return request online more than 14 days after receiving your package, the system will not allow it. However, if you are within the 14-day period and still cannot submit your request, please contact us at spare-parts@msi.com.tw for assistance.

What should I do if I encounter problems when applying for a return?

If you experience any issues during the return application process, please contact spare-parts@msi.com.tw for assistance.

Can I request to receive the refund through a different payment method than the one I used to pay?

No, refunds can only be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
